Inspired by old coastal cabins and vintage seaside life, this BnB property is styled with a nostalgic ship-shack theme.

Designed to create a strong sense of identity and a memorable guest experience, the renovation embraces bold, character-driven choices throughout. A completely new ocean-view BBQ kitchen and pergola were constructed using solid masonry elements, transforming the outdoor area into a unique entertaining space that feels grounded, relaxed and connected to the coast.

Rather than relying on new, mass-produced pieces, the interior was curated almost entirely with vintage and second-hand furniture, with each piece selected for its texture, patina and individuality. Natural materials, weathered finishes and collected objects bring layers of history and warmth to the home.

The result is a distinctive coastal retreat that feels nostalgic and playful, yet considered — a BnB with its own story, character and sense of place.
